Overall Feedback:

Had a disastrous experience here. First they had to final an extension even though I gave them plenty of time which I've never had to do before. Even after that, they took months to finish my return. Second, they made mistakes and expected me to pay to correct it. Third, they're expensive even after their so called discounts. Maybe my preparer, Sherry Olsen wasn't the right person to get after reading all the positive reviews on here. She also could be rude at times too. Also had issues with communication as well as a previous review said with emails. I specifically asked if emails were a good way to communicate and often didn’t receive a reply. Never again!
