My mother moved in with me after the sudden death of my father, she had been diagnosed with ALZ. We new her mental status was deteriorating but it wasn't till she was living with me that I realized just how bad she was. She could not be left alone and needed constant attention. I called ABC home health care and they were awesome! They explained my options, answered all my questions and found a wonderful aid to send to us two to three times a week, sometimes an overnight. This aid was my mother's new best friend! She always handled my mother with love and respect and was able to help her even when she didn't want any help! Our ABC Aid was with us for two years till we had to move mom to a memory unit! We would not have been able to keep my mother in my home for two years with out the amazing help and support of ABC Home Healthcare.
