I have been working at ABC Home Healthcare Professionals for almost a year now and I will say that I am very pleased with my experience thus far. Being a family-owned agency, family is at the heart of everything they do at ABC. Exceptional client care and client satisfaction are two things that I have found to be most important to the Management Team and the overall staff at ABC. ABC is a company that is grateful for hardworking employees and recognizes the good work an employee does. However, ABC is an honest company which is what I respect most. If an employee is not doing well or if there is any issue, it will be addressed but Management is passionate about helping employees to be the best they can be by coaching them through whatever situation has arisen. The team cares not only about the clients but one another as well. ABC is a great place to work and I, personally, like that it is a smaller company and not a large corporation where the employee becomes just a number. I am very happy with my decision to come to ABC and I look forward to helping the company continue to deliver quality care to elders in the community that need our help most!
