Renova saved our home sale! We were selling our house and the buyers wanted us to remove an underground oil tank that was properly decommissioned in 1994 (after only 18 yrs use). Qualified Tank Services removed the tank and because it was corroded (it was under the ground for 24 years, after all!), wanted to do $18000 of remediation--without any soil testing or testing of any kind at the time of the removal! QTS wanted to dig out 25 TONS of soil and put in a bedrock well for water testing and they filed a NJ DEP case saying there was contamination--again without any testing. It didn't make sense that there would be a need for so much remediation. We contacted Renova to do soil testing and they were able to come out the next week. The soil tests came out great, in other words--no contamination! They compiled a thorough report which we sent to the DEP. The case was closed and we were able to proceed with the sale of our home. Renova is an ethical company and I highly recommend them.
