Renova saved our home sale! We were selling our house and the buyers wanted us to remove an underground oil tank that was properly decommissioned in 1994 (after only 18 yrs use). Qualified Tank Services removed the tank and because it was corroded (it was under the ground for 24 years, after all!), wanted to do $18000 of remediation--without any soil testing or testing of any kind at the time of the removal! QTS wanted to dig out 25 TONS of soil and put in a bedrock well for water testing and they filed a NJ DEP case saying there was contamination--again without any testing. It didn't make sense that there would be a need for so much remediation. We contacted Renova to do soil testing and they were able to come out the next week. The soil tests came out great, in other words--no contamination! They compiled a thorough report which we sent to the DEP. The case was closed and we were able to proceed with the sale of our home. Renova is an ethical company and I highly recommend them.

My grand father is having work done by these people and their service is by far the worst I have ever seen.At the time of writing this they are trying to charge $120,000 and it has been two years since they have started and they have dragged their feet every step of they way

Very old oil tank buried under the ground at my house was a major concern. Not only did I hear all the horror stories but also I didn't have tank insurance.I got referred to Renova from friend of mine who does a very good job doing research so I knew I was in good hand. Two people showed up to do the work were not only seasoned pro on what they do, but also they were just nice people. Sometimes, when you call for hard job like this, you don't know what kind of people you will get.Because they were very calmed and paid attention to all details, it gave me quite the confidence that job will get done and I will be ok. At the end of day, job was completed and everything turned out just great.( I am thankful to all on this fact ).Overall, I loved the entire experience(Everyone at the office I exchanged email or phone call were all nice and very patient) and I am dying to recommend this place to other people.

Absolutely the best place to remove your underground oil tank. They were very reasonably priced and the office employees were very pleasant to deal with. I had tried to contact other Tank removal companies over the last 5 years I own my house but nobody gave me the confidence that I needed to do the complete removal. They just tried to sell me expensive "tank tests" and scare me with the possibility of having to deal with an expensive oil leak.The Renova people were even willing to give us a very reasonable discount if I could convince my next door neighbor to also remove his oil tank. However this didn't happen since my neighbor backed off. His loss....The only thing I regretted is of not doing this sooner.
