Feedback:

We have tried on 3 seperate orders this year and all have resulted with completly incompetent management, installation time estimates always go over, orders get lost and misplaced. They are upfit only do not expect anything to be custom fitted. Be aware they will charge you 3% extra when paying by a credit card they wish to only accept cash and checks. Payment is 50-50 if they do less work then was originally qouted expect to pay the same. Completely unwilling to listen to their sales staff or customers. Unfortunately the are the only distributor for certain manufacturers in Pittsburgh, I believe the drive to Somerset truck and body may be worth it for the next order.

Feedback:

They are not especially excited to help the walk in customer find options or equipment. A very popular business for commercial clients but a regular joe off the streets can expect a less than easy experience.

Feedback:

Great company for work trucks of any means!

Feedback:

The dealer my company purchased my work truck from sent it to them to have the service body and ladder rack put on. I was supposed to have my new truck weeks ago. I called the dealer to ask what was going on with my truck, only to find out it was these clowns holding it up. I still don’t have my truck and that’s a major inconvenience for me in my line of work. Either they are unbelievably slow or they just don’t care about customers being inconvenienced. I would rate them negative stars if I could.

Feedback:

Zoresco is focused on the big timers and is not interested in helping out the average consumer. I purchased a utility trailer in 2008 from Zoresco and the ramp gate rusted out. I took my trailer onsite last week and there was zero interest from anyone at the counter to get out of their seat to look at it. Zoresco appears to have a fabrication shop and could have welded the gate, but only offered to look into pricing a new rear ramp gate. The counter representative asked me to go out and get the VIN so he can call the manufacture to obtain the cost of a replacement gate. I recorded the VIN, put my name and number on the paper, gave it to him and left. 6 days went by and I called for an update. The counter rep said he had not heard back from the manufacture. During the 6 days that passed, I did my own research and found a dealer in Delaware that was selling the ramp gate for $280.71 + $154.18 shipping ($434.89 Total). The Zoresco counter rep called me back and stated the ramp gate would cost $989 (or $555 more than the Delaware source). I asked if the part number was 7180019, which the rep said was correct. I asked the rep to break down $989 cost for me. This caused the rep to stutter and shuffle papers around on the phone. He eventually said $764 for the gate and $225 shipping. I challenged the $764 for part # 7180019 and he indicated it was for the ramp parts, paint, welding and labor required for the gate. The rep also said it would take a few weeks to get the part in. Meanwhile, I already knew form the Delaware source that part # 7180019 comes fully painted and assembled. I ordered the part from the Delaware source and it was delivered within 2 days. Naturally, the part was fully assembled and painted. I simply took the old ramp gate off, and put the new one on in less than 5 minutes. Truly “bolt-on”. When doing business with Zoresco, I recommend getting a second opinion on price. I prefer to do business locally, but not for double the cost.

Feedback:

If you place an order of 2 or more work trucks chances are they won’t be the same. Continuity is not in their mission statement. As for working there, they expect you to buy $5000.+ in tools and earn less than $20 per hour using antiquated equipment and working on a 35 year old pitted half concrete/half dirt floor. There are only a few guys that will actually help you. Others mislead you out of jealousy and spite. People ‘borrow’ your tools and you won’t see them again. The company spends NO MONEY on anything to help you do your job. They won’t even refill the first aid kit. If you are desperate for a job, this is your place. If you need parts, come here and you have a 50/50 chance of getting the right thing. If you can wait, order what you need online cheaper. Parts and equipment sit outside in the rain and snow.
