Zephrina returns phone calls and email correspondences promptly, accurately calculates my taxes, advises on the best tax return methods for each customer’s unique situation, and graciously applies a discount to my invoice as a new customer. I have been one of her loyal clients for four years. Circumstances had occurred wherein I had to amend one of my taxes that Zephrina had prepared, and she did not hesitate to provide the amendment rapidly. Zephrina has gone beyond her duties as a CPA to assist me with any other issues that I had, because of her innate kindheartedness.
