Had poor communication with me and misdiagnosed my computer. Workers were polite and appeared to be genuinely trying to be helpful, so that earns 2 stars rather than 1. Edit: after considering the owners reply, I have decided to give another star because their pricing was more than reasonable. However, what the owner said isn't exactly what I was told. I was almost certain that the issue was hardware related, but they told me all the components were good and that all I needed to do was reinstall Windows. I did this and this did not solve my issue. Additionally upon more of my own testing, I realized that 4 of my 8 DIMMs were dead. I believe that if they had conducted thorough enough testing to definitively tell me that my hardware was good like they did, they would have caught this sooner. Edit 2: after more consideration, I decided to go back to two stars because I believe that a professional computer shop should be able to diagnose a computer better than a self taught 16 year old.
