My husband and I were with state farm insurance and our rates kept going up every month we were paying over 300.00 a month. We decided to go to progressive and check out what services we available and the rates were a lot better than state farm so we changed over to progressive. Ruth was very helpful and she was very understanding.

Ruby and her staff take care of their customers. Recently Ruby helped within an insurance claim against the company who covered a person who hit my friend's car. The other driver was at fault but their insurance was resisting the proper handling of the claim. Ruby solved that problem quickly.
