Worst company ever as they are liars. On hold for 47 minutes and no one picks up my call. I suggest you don't waist your time with them.

The worse experience of my life, i try to get in touch with my adjuster for 1 month and they never answer my calls even when i leave more than 3 messages per day even with the supervisor, nothing happens is very disrespectful all this situation and i hope never get another injury in my life.

The insurance does pay however when they want to... Your employers won't be happyThey will probably move this but it's also on shomeyshine......they almost single handedlyPut a family on the street........but they will pay you .....when they want too......their own website has employees calling them unreasonable......... Unorganized.... And I add Heartless... this is my first insurance experience and I hope the rest aren't this way
