Very kind of the receptionist, I think her name was Santana, I felt a little uncomfortable at first as this was the first time I have ever had to do anything like this for a job... but she was very reassuring that it wasn't a big deal and a lot of people have to do it. I had my family with me and they treated my family like they were their own. I couldn't have asked for anything better than the way I was treated there. Two thumbs up, five stars and a scale of 1-10 I give it 15....
