I was apprehensive when I first learned WSi was a staffing agency; the last staffing agency I had used didn’t assist me hardly at all and had waisted my time. Upon my arrival to the office, I could tell that this would be a better experience! Jesse R. and Patricia were patient and understanding of the demands of my limited time and what I was looking for. With-in a few days of my initial meeting I received a call from Jesse with a possible opening that matched what I was looking for. He was able to schedule my interview quickly despite the limited time I had available. The amount of care and attention from Jesse throughout the entire process was above and beyond my expectations. I was hired on permanent with-in a month of beginning the temp position. I recommend using WSi and having Jesse as an account manager if you are looking for a healthcare position!

Personally I was going through a rough time professionally and didn’t know what way my career was going to go. Felt like my previous job turned their back on me when I needed them the most. I proved to be loyal to them time and time again. One day I was told to try a staffing agency so I chose WSI Healthcare. I want to thank you Steven Whaley and especially Jesse Ruch. Would not know where I would be personally or professionally without them. I was at a low point and they really helped me pick myself back up and become that confident Patrick Henderson again. Thank you guys so much! You really have no idea how much I appreciate you. I started at Colorado Gastro end of August and it was supposed to be a temp job but yesterday found out they want to keep me for good. Not going to lie it made me emotional but so grateful for this opportunity. I’m blessed that WSI believed in me and now I have the chance to provide for my growing family.

They offer constant opportunity for growth and education, while continuing to meet and excel expectations in skill set development within a career. I was given options of workplace, detailed communication, and guidance from an attentive mentor who diligently worked to meet the needs of both the practice and myself. Jesse Ruch’s efficiency in an above and beyond work ethic genuinely edifies a character of what I believe makes people commit and want to stay within a company. He carefully sought out positions within a close distance to home, as well as mindfully dedicating priority to match a work place environment to my personality. Jesse’s been such an incredible and motivating representation of WSI. Throughout my entire experience, his consistency in interpersonal communication illustrates a foundation in core values for an impactful leader. I have been with WSI now for 3 years and I love this agency. I have read some of reviews here and I am absolutely appalled at the disgruntled who have made disparaging remarks about this agency because WSI bends over backwards to match their healthcare staff with the shifts and type of facilities requested. If this agency were not the ultimate in professionalism, I would not be working for them. But, I guess you can't please everyone, so its a good thing for those few that there are a lot of agencies out there. I have no idea why anyone would make a blatantly false and absurd statement saying WSI is a "temp agency" because they are not! It's up to the individual how much they wish to work. I consistently refer nursing staff to WSI because I am confident they will appreciate what WSI has to offer. I've so appreciated having basically everything online...such as the WSI Calendar for scheduling shifts. I also like that at the end of each shift I am able to simply fill out the online timesheet through my mobile phone and then have a supervisor at the facility I have worked, sign it. I have the utmost respect for my recruiter, Lisa, and she works so hard to please her recruits. Seriously folks, if you are sincere and want a great agency, WSI is one of the very best!
