Unorganized, unresponsive and inefficient. Nobody can give you a straight answer. Relocated back in Jan. we have yet to receive our moving allocation funds. We were told to expect a direct deposit in 2 weeks and it's been 4 months. Then we were told its being outsourced so it may take longer. Now we are told it's in Olympia. We have physically gone in their office (you cant get through on the phone) when back in town (3x) and get the runaround. Btw, they close at 4 pm on Fridays (not 5 pm as posted). I have driven into town only to find their doors locked early on Fridays. They don't answer their phone and the menu is not helpful in reaching a receptionist and or your case manager. They want everything to go through email, which took 2 weeks to get a response from 3 consecutive emails sent asking the same question. Hope they can get better training to give their customers clearer answers. Looks like we are not the only ones frustrated.
