iv gone a few times, and the people are nice but i sat down to listen to a resume class thing, and the lady talked about how she had been going there for years doing resume after resume nothing was working but she kept at it and one day she put one in at worksource and got the job, so she was failing for years only getting a job after the place felt sry for her, i didnt feel like doing it her ways was gonna help considering it never helped her

No way took hours to print of papers and tried to have things faxed for something important to unemployment and things were faxed totally wrong ...and it made a big mess of what I needed . It is very frustrating

Keep trying to call, and they never answer. Every single message starts with "if you are calling about unemployment insurance, hang up and call....". Every.Single.Message. Of course, after several months, I've never had the phone answered. Not one time, and I've never (not once) had a phone call returned. Why have a telephone if you won't answer or return calls? Disconnect it-you don't use it to accept any incoming calls from customers/clients anyways. I would absolutely rate the service here an epic FAIL based on the complete lack of telephone etiquette. Just be polite, answer the damn thing.
