They took the headache out of switching companies by handling all of the details, they have been extremely thorough and prompt in answering all questions, and the online payroll reporting system is extremely easy to learn and user-friendly. Highly recommend!

Switching to Workplace HCM was one of the best decisions for payroll and HR services. Their staff is amazing! Great group to work with. Always available to help with any questions or issues I have immediately. No waiting. When I call I get someone live instantly. No automated systems switching me around from department to department. Their portal is easy to use. They are also more affordable than most Payroll and HR services I searched for when I decided to switch from the Company I was using at the time. They kept every promise and honored the pricing and followed through with the services they presented when I met with their representative. Two thumbs up, 5 Stars!

Absolutely love working with this fabulous team of people! Every-time that I call for help (which is way too often) they are patient and understanding, and ALWAYS teach me how to correct my mistakes!! They are never short and I never feel uncomfortable asking them for something. Whether I need a report generated, a copy of an employees pay records. or how to change a rate they accommodate and are polite each and every time. KUDOS to you all WORKPLACE!

I am President of a local non-profit with over 60 employees. We have used larger payroll companies & even used a payroll service with our accounting software. The switch to Workplace cloud based payroll was a good decision for us. I love the convenience. I was able to complete payroll while on vacation. Frank & Kevin & their are always available.

Their systems and process make it easy for everyone to navigate. Most importantly, their customer service is second to none.
