I’d give zero stars if I could. Called asking for information on $$ or help w a boces program and there wasn’t a single person who could give me a straight answer. I called to make an appointment and was told I couldn’t. Came down to be seen and was told I couldn’t because there was an APPOINTMENT ahead of me. I asked if the class qualified for aid and I just kept getting that they were unsure but Madison county was able I tell me right away. They also called me uneducated because I wanted to know what to bring to the appointment and because I wanted information. I was also told I wasn’t going to land a job once I got a certification from boces. They were rude and unhelpful. I’ll be reporting them to the state.
