Went in there today, came out feeling very stressed. Lady in there was absolutely awful, pushy, wouldn't even listen to what I was asking. Answered "like I said, I've already told you" she was very snappy.

The lady that answers the phone is rude as hell. If I call and she answers I hang up and just go in and deal with anyone else besides her.
