I was gonna give the workforce 5 stars but they never pick up the phone I'd call the whole week trying to work

The morning shift people are really great, they are nice, understanding, and compassionate...the 2nd shift sucks...marisol is racist..she does not like black women at all...every black woman that comes to workforce, please do not interact or react to her..she is very racist and unprofessional.

I've never personally used their services but have multiple friends that do. Just today, one friend called the office and was told to come pick up a slip so he could work today. When he arrived, he was told he was never confirmed to come in and they had no work for him. The customer service is horrible, if you are not Hispanic. This isn't isolated to just them. All of the Hispanic run temp services in Chicago seem to be run this way. You can get a call confirming work one hour and receive a call the next hour stating that job isn't available anymore but they will offer you something for less pay and further away.

they couple good postion there but if you had school schedule the mangers would be so pissed off at you. Plus theyre a bit racist. really dont have time for that.

They need to fire everyone who work there basically you just going up there just to go back home they send illegal Mexicans out first and tell you there is no work today they need to relocated the office n fire new employees who can speak English ....its a hit and miss with them ...very racist and uneducated

For 2nd shift u have to be there between 12 and 1, all ages, people come in behind you and get sent out to jobs.... old, decrepit, hype.... they will send a dope head or Hispanic out first... very disappointing
