This place a complete joke. My work made me come here for workers comp. My nurse said the doctor will be right with me. It's took an hour and 10 minutes!! That is absurd. Then the doctor comes in says oh I dont think its anything major, took no time at all with me and clearly wanted to move on to the next patient. Have never been to such a horribly run facility. Clearly they just want people in and out and have no actual regard for people. On a side note, its outdated and disgusting as well

I took my friend here because her workplace sent her The exam room was absolutely filthy! The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. Dust all over the place, for a medical facility this is unexceptable. I took pictures and am wondering if this place should be reported to health board. My vets office is way cleaner.

I had an appointment for my travel nursing physical/PPD/titers/drug test. I waited 3 hours to be seen. The LPN I had was amazing! I was contacted telling me my titer was negative and had to come back for a walk-in vaccine. I showed up at 8pm and was turned away due to being too busy and told to come back at 7am when the doors open. I work 12hr days and it makes it very difficult to get necessary things done on a walk-in basis. I would prefer to schedule an appointment for during my lunch break. Ashley was GREAT on the phone and said she would try to fast track me in since it is just a vaccine and go.

Can't speak highly enough of the staff here. I had a sudden, deep laceration on my wrist, tossed on a compression bandage and drove over. Based on the severity of my wound, they got me in right away, cleaned up the cut and stitched me up. I felt very well cared for. Really caring helpful staff.

I’m not happy with my experience, especially as a first time customer. I came in for my walk-in appt and was evaluated for tonsillitis. The nurse asked me where I worked and I told her The Country Club of Rochester. I deal with food and I serve there. It’s not sanitary for me to go to work, especially being around food while I’m coughing and sneezing. I then was prescribed an antibiotic and there is a delay in it because something didn’t match up. My pharmacy tried to call this PLACE and the mailbox was full so they faxed what they had to over and I still don’t have my prescription! I also asked for a note that states why I was there and what I was given. I was just told that a note can’t be written for me and I don’t understand why! The nurses are nice, but overall I don’t feel like I was helped, AT ALL. Not recommending this place to anyone !

Should be embarrassed of the loud conversations the nurses and doctors have about how bad this place is and how they don’t want to work here. Can’t believe my reputable employer sends new employees here
