Wise employment are the best employment agency I have been with they have put me through a lot of courses to get me my dream job working with the elderly and i am well on my way towards it too 😁!! I was with my pathway and they were the absolute worst group ever! 😤

Have not contributed in any way to me finding work, repeatedly rings and emails whilst I am at work, expects me to finish early so as to come in and sign a new job plan yet has the audacity to request payslips for the casual job I got MYSELF and have had since before being signed up with them. Didn't assist with anything other than a $20 fuel voucher.

Were very nice and flexible people but what's the point when your certificate is withheld at the end for absolutely no reason. Apparently "they haven't sent it" . riiight...

im not very happy jobseeker wise employment said they would help me get my dream job working with children in childcare centre. i have been with wise employment forfor 3 to 4 years trying to get 8 hours work casual and it hasnt happened.i have certificate 2 and 3 in children’s services. At my appointment they told me they cant help me anymore get work with children in a childcare centre. they had taken my resume to every childcare centre and exhausted there avenues. what wise employment should have done is book the car and taken me to the childcare centres with my resume then the centre director would have got to meet greet me and see who i am. i was told they can only look at other areas of work like eg:retail. they were going to put in labeling at invermay or put me in a laundrey. i can not work in a laundrey because i have sebere roseacea and i cant be in a hot room and with smell of chemicals. the roseacea will flare up. also they mucked up on my appointments a couple times put someone in the time i was meant to see employment consultent. i also once didnt recieve my appointment slip paper. it looks like i will be going with another employment agency. i was told if i want to still look for work with children in a childcare centre i will have to go with another employment agency. i have had problems with most employment agencies and didnt expect it happen again.
