Not only will he bend over backward to help you buy the home you want, and not only does he listen to you, he tries to understand, find something you’ll want and need, suggest something that may be better, or find an otherwise solution to your problem. He never points out a problem without also providing or looking up a solution. If he doesn’t know something, he’ll research or find someone who does know.
