Either hire better lawyers, or at least start caring more about your clients. Willinger, Willinger & Bucci, P.C. has disappointed me in every way. When I called and explained my matter, I was told there was nothing I could do, This devastated me especially seeing as how you come to an attorney for guidance, experience and advise based on precedent. Though I was down I continued to search around until I met another attorney in the Hartford area, who immediately got me results, and proved Willinger wrong in that I can file for a "motion to open" and provided me with guidance with steps post initial hearing. The owners may comment and state I'm promoting another firm to water down or invalidate this review, and for that reason I've left out details and refrained from mentioning the other firm.PLEASE READ: If you speak to these attorneys please take it with a grain of salt and seeing multiple opinions. I can guarantee you won't be upset with yourself for spending money and finding out it was a waste of time. A lot of firms do free consultations so look around before choosing to settle with these guys. Thank you. Willinger, Willinger, and Bucci is a great law firm. Awesome attorney's, paralegals, receptionist, and office assistants that work at WWB. Thomas Bucci is the top employment law Attorney in Connecticut for employment discrimination and wrongful termination. He was the Mayor of Bridgeport. More than 50 years of experience as an employment specialist. He gives great legal advice and is an expert on state and federal laws. He prepares the best lengthy affidavits for his clients to the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Litigated against Peter Wendzel (Wiggin and Dana), David Pahl (ESPN Chief Counsel), Michael Schnipper (ESPN Assistant General Counsel), and Wiggin and Dana/ESPN Vice President of Production Marcia Keegan that represented ESPN The Worldwide Leader in Sports owned by the Walt Disney Company in a settlement conference with the Magistrate Judge Honorable William I Garfinkel and District Judge Stefan Underhill. Attorney Bucci came out very strong and victorious against four ESPN Attorneys. ESPN The Worldwide Leader in Sports is a huge company in the State of Connecticut. It's not an easy task to go up against a 150 billion dollar corporation. He would have easily won the case in federal court against ESPN The Worldwide Leader in Sports. Judge Garfinkel asked for Attorney Bucci advice on another case because he is a great Attorney. Every State Court and Federal Court Judge in Connecticut respects Attorney Bucci's expertise in Employment law.

I have used them several times, each time the contact from them was very casual rather than the legal advice one is seeking and would expect when contacting such a group. There is no sound advice, no help, I have even received incorrect information!! I usually have to end up consulting what I refer to as a "real" attorney, meaning they are not part of this group. I would not recommend them.
