Edit: From 5 stars to 1, sadly. I used to frequent this establishment (and give a tip with every purchase) until I repeatedly experienced poor customer service. Unfortunately the owner is rude and can be condescending if you have any differing opinion or life style from hers. Additionally, the actual product "Herbal Life" seems very pyramid scheme-y. I also over-heard a barista explaining they use pudding mix in the smoothies/shakes - not very "nutritious." I will not be visiting this place again.

I was looking for a dietitian a trained professional and this place was the first place that popped up it wasn't what I thought it was at all the products that they are selling may help you lose weight but it'll actually hurt your health in the long run if you don't believe me look on the ingredients listed on the back I'm glad I didn't wast hundreds of dollars on these product and I'm every sad that Kim didn't tell me about the possible health risks

Love coming here after school and on weekends with my friends! Kim is the BEST and makes everyone feel welcome! Love being able to go behind the counter and help her with tea and aloe! Great shakes and a great environment!

I've personally never tasted a shake or tea from here so cannot give any information on that, but the woman who works here is so unbearably rude. Ive heard this comment from many people. For example, my friends and I went in for a shake after our workout and while we understand she was somewhat busy it took 30 minutes for one of her employees to even begin making our shakes (well she actually never even started to make it yet). We sadly had to leave @ 2 because we all had a game to be at. We were upset but understood as we all work in restaurants. We then proceeded to tell the woman we were sorry we had to leave and to just not bother to make the shakes and that we would stop by after. The woman then rolled her eyes at us and said "alright whatever". In shock we all proceeded to walk out and she then said "maybe next time if you want things done on time you could come back to help.". But in all respect, maybe she could of helped her employee instead of being on the phone with a friend. In conclusion, they have lost me and my friends as customers and there are many other nutrition places who have amazing shakes and much better customer service.

The owner is BY FAR the rudest person I’ve ever met. Poor customer service to say the least. I will not give this woman my money. She doesn’t have the brains to count out correct change when someone hands her money. I’ve been treated BEYOND disrespectfully. When I drive past I make sure her car isn’t there so I can actually sit and enjoy my shake with those two lovely ladies that work for her!! The owner body shames people and scams for money. She’s in it for the money, not to help you get healthy. I WILL NEVER purchase a shake from this lady again. And for Mikayla and Kate (the two ladies working for her) you guys rock!!!!
