Sept 2019 this is the WORST temp agency ever in Connecticut! They took my money and didn’t pay me & very unprofessional they fired my recruiter and she didn’t put none of my information in. A recruiter was suppose to change my schedule to a morning one & didnt. The receptionist always putting pppl on hold for 30mins. No Communication skills . I would never work for a temp agency again!!! At least not WESTAFF . Highly not recommend

They are not proffecional they are rude even when you check in they leave you on hold for long time for them to hang up, they dont listen to your needs and they really dont care... Dont call or nothing they dont deserve good workers this place need to get shutdown

Reading these reviews are surprising I've had nothing but good things to say about them & nothing but success so far, I'm also Hispanic & didn't get any negative vibes as the comments stated below, will recommend them to anyone I know family and friends!

HORRIBLE agency. Not sure how this franchise is still operating. Tracey is unprofessional, along with her ENTIRE team. They are extremely rude and do not know how to communicate. They do not care about matching the right candidate with the right company at all. I recommend Robert Half.

Did not get paid on time and was told I would be paid at 6pm on Friday when they supposedly received my time card late very unprofessional yet to work spend money to get to work to do hard labor just to find out I didn’t get paid thur but will Friday at 6pm how when the office closes at five

Worst place to apply for. My father passaway when I was working for them. Went back to fine work with them and denied 🙅♂️ me all because of a family death I had. Go to Hamilton connection they will fine u something fast and quick.

Applied, then got a call a day later for an interview, On the day of the interview I was told that there was something wrong with my Westaff account and it was locked, I asked how is it locked and what does that mean and they're like we don't know. And then they said we can't help you and that I can reapply in 6 months. It's a 30 minute drive from my house, why did I have to drive there for them to tell me that, waist of my damn time. They should of called me instead of having me drive all the way out there saying there was an interview when there really wasn't. Doesn't make any damn sense, oh lets call zack and tell him there's an interview when there really isn't and then we'll tell him his account is locked and he can reapply in 6 months. Just Awful!!!
