I have enjoyed working at Wellmore for almost 4 years. The nursing team is caring, helpful, and truly focused on what is best for our residents. I also appreciate the team working together and the work family feel in the community. I would highly recommended Wellmore.

My dad is at the Wellmore of Tega Cay and is the the hospital as we speak and I have call the director David 7 times and I’ve also texted him ! He never called back or checked on my dad at all ! My dad returned to Wellmore yesterday and the only administrative person so far we have dealt is Allison which she has been great ! I’m assuming we haven’t heard from the director is because the fault on the facilities fault of not following through with the directions where to take my dad if he needed to go to the hospital and the med Technicians telling my dad to oversaturate himself with Water when he got dehydrated! My dad was transported to piedmont where in turn the were treating him for severe dementia instead of dehydration at fault by the facility not providing accurate information ! I will continue to update my review for a explanation of why these procedures weren’t followed and what will be done to insure the safety of our family members !

I lived at Wellmore for just over four months while regaining my strength after surgery. The first person I met was Jennifer Reid. I was visibly nervous as we completed the admission paperwork. Jennifer was so kind and personally introduced me to several staff members as well as to other residents. She even made dinner reservations so my son and daughter-in-law could be with me for my first meal. Jennifer continued to check on me, always with a welcome smile and friendly word. I found this consistent friendliness and caring attitude among the staff in every department. I felt very loved and cared for during my entire stay and am so grateful to the Wellmore team for loving me back to health.

The Wellmore and its staff were an amazing help to my father as he transitioned out of his own home and got the care he needed from assisted living staff. We will always be grateful for their care and understanding. They were able to make some very difficult changes much easier to manage.

I am an employee at Wellmore. I have been with this company since April of 2015, before residents moved in. It is a great delight to work here. I work with an amazing staff, all around. I face challenges I never expected to and learn something everyday. The highlight of my day is the interaction with the residents. They have amazing stories and have experienced so much in life that I am honored to be able to be apart of their lives. I see firsthand how hard all the staff dedicate their time to ensure that the residents have a Weller life.

The skilled nursing care and CNA care is the same as you would find in any other facility, in any other town, in any other state in our country. There may be 1 or 2 good nurses, 1 or 2 good CNAs, and everyone else is barely average or below.

I’ve worked at Wellmore of Tega Cay for over a year. I’ve worked at facilities before, but this is by far the best one. From management to the floor staff everyone is extremely receptive and friendly. There is true team work here that is a fundamental one needs to make a great facility run. It’s been an honor to work with such amazing talented, caring, and hardworking people. But the best and absolute most amazing part of my job, is the incredible residents we get to serve. We are beyond blessed to serve such a variety of folks that are so appreciative and humble to the employees who serve them. I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to work here.

I am a new employee and it has been an amazing experience thus far. The ED and business manager really makes you feel like Wellmore is one big family. Everyone helps out and is there for each other.
