Had the pleasure of having Guy Marretta help me with a 3-point moving violation I received. He clearly laid out all of my options, and was upfront about the best case and most realistic case scenarios for fighting the ticket. Happy to say he was able to get my ticket down to a reasonable fine with no points. If I were to be in a similar situation in the future, Weiss & Weiss would be my first call.

If you’re looking for an attorney to get you through the twists and turns of the Hoboken real estate market, look no further.We were first time homeowners who were looking for an upstanding, sharp attorney who would look out for us throughout the process, and not just check the boxes. Jason did just that. He was resource from start to finish, always made himself available and easy to contact, and was always willing to provide counsel or explain the finer points of items we were less familiar with. We went through a difficult closing process but he helped us through every step of the way. Provided good value for the service compared to other local attorneys, and never attempted to nickel-and-dime. Highly recommended!

We came to the firm not knowing anything about the closing process, who to talk to about a mortgage or the title; in fact the entire transaction was pretty much a mystery. We heard about the firm through a friend who had a really great experience, so we took a chance and called. My wife and I met with Jason and he took the time to explain it all to us. They pointed us in the right direction for a mortgage lender and helped us navigate that confusing process as well. He and his team did way more for us than our real estate agent, and they even helped us negotiate through the inspection and the attorney review process. I can honestly say that without him and his team, my wife and I would've never been able to buy our first home.A week after the closing he even called us to make sure everything was OK with the home and that we were happy. Say what you want about attorneys but these guys actually care...thank you again from our family to yours!!

After an unsuccessful attempt to remove a possible 7 points off my license by myself, I decided to go to Weiss & Weiss. I had the pleasure to have Guy Marretta help me on my case. Explain in full detail about my options and what he will do. Never left me in the dark. Arrived early to court and got me COMPLETELY OFF! Best lawyers in town and affordable rates, I definitely recommend them!

Extremely unprofessional throughout the whole closing process. Did not care about client satisfaction. Showed up 45 minutes late to closing after all the legal work was done.
