Avoid this law firm at all cost. Though Mara is very pleasant personally; she does not provide feedback and fails to keep her clients in the loop. She has Jenny (a paralegal) handle much of the clients services, however Jenny leaves much to be desired. Jenny frequently fails to provide satisfactory answers to genuine concerns - even to the point of getting visibly irritated. Most concerning to me though are the excuses that she frequently gave me - to the point her services became questionable in my mind. So - given these frequent observations during the course of my use of their services - I would advise the careful consumer to steer clear of this business and seek serious representation elsewhere.

We used Mara to close on our house and purchase a new house. We had to call her and remind her do do things continuously, as did the other lawyers. She did not have the required paperwork in on time, when she had specific instructions of what was needed and in plenty of time to complete it. That resulted in delaying the sale of our house, purchase of our new house and we had to pay for an extension to our bank to keep the interest rate. As did the buyer of our house. Mara claims that she took the money off our bill to her, to make up for paying for the extension, but I have no way of knowing, I just have her word to go on. There were also several charges at closing that were incorrect and if i had not asked about them, I would have paid her more than I should have. She made a stressful time even more stressful and difficult.

Doesn't return calls. Doesn't call you to tell you court was adjourned. Shows up late for court or not at all after telling you to show up a half hour early. Doesnt get you the best deal possible and she even brings her kids to court with her. Very unprofessional. Hope she reads this too because I dont want her as my lawyer anymore.

Great Law Firm! I've been using them for years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! They take the time to go over everything with you, and are looking out for your interest. Looking forward to another 15 years of service to me, and my family.
