Ive been without power for 12 days (due to hur Irma). On day 10 FPL finally told me that i needed an electrician. Day 11 I got an electrician who advised they needed to pull permits. Day 12 went to BofA to notarize permit application. I explained my emergency situation and was told I had to schedule an apt later that day, that the notary was booked..... as I watched the notary wander the lobby and begin helping someone at the ATM. Went to a different bank and it was done in 5 mins. Thank you WeFlorida Financial credit union for understanding and helping.
