Total lack of follow through with my senior citizen mother's taxes for the 2nd year in a row. Last year i had to make a stern call to get her appointment scheduled. Now, having her (already organized and -prepared) information for a month with no movement, my mom had to persist in scheduling her own last minute appointment. I am strongly recommending she find someone else next year.

Watson Mowry was very helpful to me last year. I didn’t really know where to start, as I had started a business the prior year and needed some guidance on the business/tax side of things. Jodi and her team not only helped me fix my books, but they also took the time to teach me how to keep moving forward. I never had any issues communicating with Jodi, as i was always able to reach one of the members of her team. This office is full of wonderful women, waiting to help the next Client that enters the door!

Great big SHOUT OUT to Jodi and Kimberly as well as the rest of the team. Not only did they get my taxes done on time but they did it quickly and efficient with the time they had. I always wait till the last minute but they were very accommodating and answered all my silly tax questions. Honestly, they were a life saver for me. I love their awesome smiling faces and all the effort, patience and customer service that I was given. The entire team goes above and beyond to get the job done. I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend this firm for all your tax needs. Will see you all soon!

I have really enjoyed working with this firm the last few years! They have been very helpful answering questions and communicative. The staff that I have interacted with have been genuine and professional. I know that it can be a busy time of year during tax season. Because they are so busy, I appreciate it even more when they take the time to inform me of anything else I might need to make the process smoother and faster (I always bring my information/docs as soon as possible...early is better!) If there is one thing I have learned when it comes to taxes, do not wait until the last minute. Do not waste any more time, check out Watson Mowry for your tax needs!!

Needless to say we are very unhappy with the service of this organization and the way were treated. Miss Jodi Mowry proceeded to tell us that they have wasted their time and her firms time on us. She then went on to tell us that they were too busy and were doing us a favor by doing our taxes! Not the response I expected to say the least from an organization such as this. No apology offered for lack of communication on their part just defensiveness and very insulting to us, the client. They charged more than we have ever paid and treated us as second class citizens. WILL never go back and WILL make sure to tell all that this place does not care about their customers and sees them as a waist of time!!!!!!!!!
