To share all my grievances would be too long. In my experience they are overpriced and the services they promise never materialized. This has been the most stressful tax season in my life. The communication must have happened in their head, as I asked for explanation and was told I don't understand the value they provide. Which is right if no one shows you. No one every apologized or tried to make things better. Yet, I also know that friends have a different experience. Love my new CPA.
