We have experienced problems with residential trash pickup for two years. We keep calling, we keep being told the problem is resolved, our trash pickups keep getting missed. I attempted to escalate, was told three days in a row that a supervisor would call me back, supervisor never called. They don't seem to have a process to solve something when it falls outside their standard operating procedures.

very nice folks to deal with. as with any business with that many employees, sometimes small details can be a problem. any issues we've had over the years has been resolved in a reasonably timely manner. the best part about their service for me has been friendly drivers with a sense of humor, friendly staff and an actual human being that answers the phone! we need more old school business like this!

My recycling gets missed constantly. I get excuses that it’s because of bad road conditions etc. My kids get picked up for school but it’s too dangerous for them to venture out. Ridiculous.
