They came on time to the appointment set, the guys were professional, friendly and replaced my broken sliding glass door window on the spot...took them 30 minutes, they cleaned as the did the job. True pros, fast and the best price I've found. I've met 3 different companies first and none are even close. This is the company for any of your glass needs.

I’ve called twice today to set an appointment for someone to come out and they are insanely rude. I don’t know how anyone would do business with them. I kept trying to stay friendly and she is just awful. Zero stars

Walts windows is an arrogant unfriendly company. We cantacted them . The said they would call back. They did. They informed us when Walt would be coming to our house. We said we couldn't make that time. Well this didn't go over well at all with walts. They well this how Walt does it. He tells you when he's coming. This didn't work for us. They said they would call back. She didn't. Days went by. We gave her different dates we could make an appointment. She said she would call back. She never did. Walt didn't like the way we do business I guess. Terrible arrogant company.

Called in Tuesday afternoon for window glass replacement, was given a time window for following day 10-12. Technician Dan showed up a bit early, very professional, quick to diagnose problem, and super quick to fix it. Very pleased with work and price. Would definitely use Walt's again! Thank you Dan and Walt's Window Repair!
