Where does one start.20 years back my old accounting firm who I had a personal relationship, suddenly said I was too small of an account for them, they have referred me to Mrs. Iyer. Our first meeting was over a dining table at her home, we did our taxes and that was it, as the years went by, Mr. & Mrs. Iyer really ingrained themselves in what I was doing in my professional and personal life, with the upward mobility in my career and substantial earnings, mind you, I am in finance and have a good idea of the ins and outs, they were there to prudently and precociously file all my tax returns and advised on financial matters, from business to real estate investments.Due to peaks and valleys of my personal and business income, I have become an automatic target for audit.
