After reading the comments and being contacted by Viva three times via phone, and two emails within 30 minutes in one day. I don't believe this agency will provide job candidates with an excellent job opportunity or an opportunity at all. It seems to be more of a telemarketer business ( scamp) than a professional agency. The phone calls and emails stop after I emailed S.M back and kindly decline further conversation regarding an HR job and asked her to cease any further communication.
