Nina Klein of Viking Client Services handled our situation with Budget Car Rentals / GEICO with great professionalism and honor. Obviously, in a collections situation, there's lots of potential for it to get sticky and/or frustrating. She was courteous and straight forward without any heavy-handed pressure the entire time.
