Our family operates a local business, and we were HIGHLY impressed with the quality of service and professionalism we received from VVPS Inc. We actually shopped around a bit and decided to go with this company based on the experience and attentiveness to our specific needs. We were not disappointed. We most certainly plan on using them again, and dealing with the wonderful staff.I didn’t plan on leaving a review, however upon scrolling through these childish, illiterate, and clearly disgruntled reviews of unworthy job seekers, I felt the need to speak up, being a small business owner myself. The purpose of this company is to weed out and neutralize unqualified potential employees, such as the ones leaving reviews below this one. I am quite glad that this company passed on these folks as I would not want that level of worker in my personal business or any other business that I deal with, for that matter. I am certainly glad we didn't have to deal with them ourselves or have any of that hassle.Specifically, to these reviewers, leaving one star because you were not qualified for a position, or any, is pretty low. Just because you were screened or “interviewed” doesn’t mean you get the job, and I am sure that the company is wasting their valuable time screening you, definitely not searching for a quota, use some logic. This is the real world, if you weren’t selected, please be aware you should better yourself and try for improvement rather than complaining and remaining status quo, that’s life. I am very appreciative they went through such hurdles for us, and I’m sure other companies that utilize them are too. Thank you VVPS

I found a job thru this agency, and worked there for approximately 5 weeks before giving up on the agency. I read these reviews prior to going into my interview. I was hesitant on going in, but made the decision to see what it was all about. I got thru the interview process just fine. There was a couple of things that struck me as odd... like having to carry my urine thru the hallway, and back into their tiny office, where the lady actually analyzed herself in the next room. And her boss calling in to rush her thru my orientation was annoying. I started my job, and was happy with my experience there. So i let that go. 2 pay cycles later, i was getting a call on my personal cell phone, from Melissa during work hours. I didn't answer because i was working. I used my 10 minute break to listen to her very lengthy voicemail letting me know that i was violating labor laws because i was going past the 5 hour mark without a lunch period. And questioned why i refused to sign a lunch period, and said she was writing me up. So i call her back and left a message asking her to call me at work. Instead, she calls me afterward and leaves another message, demanding that i call her away from my work hours. Upon calling her back... on MY time. She starts telling me the same things she already left on my vm. Doesn't stop, asks me why i refused to sign the lunch waiver. Interrupts me while I'm answering. Starts reprimanding me for my decision and goes in circles until i snap and tell her that i get it. She gets upset with me and sends me a disciplinary action form and on it, includes me being insubordinate. I had asked her next time she calls me, to please call me at work. And she says no. That they don't pay me to talk to her while I'm working. So i wouldn't get paid period and have to accept the fact that she's giving me a disciplinary action form, on my time. And without a verbal warning first. After letting me go over my time for 4 weeks straight. Had she not interrupted my orientation, maybe the rules about waiving the lunch period, could have been explained better. As far as im concerned, this agency is highly unprofessional, rude, demanding, and hard to please. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone looking to hire or inquiring a job.

Interviewed, passed required tests, promised a call and it never happened been waiting a year now. I really believe they interview to reach a quota if some kind..seems like nobody is getting hired.
