VICTIG is the best for criminal background checks! I work in the staffing industry. Prior to VICTIG, my company used a different vendor for years. At the local SHRM meeting, I was curious regarding their services. Once I made the switch, I am never going back! They are fast, offer great customizations, and the customer service is always impeccable. I would recommend anyone performing background checks to go through this organization.

Their services are very quick and cost efficient and easier to use than any other background check service we have ever used. We often have custom report requests and the customer service line is friendly and processes all request instantly. Highly recommend - we will never use anyone else!

Very rude and not flexible my employer was sent multiple emails with harassing remarks because I wasn’t seen as fit to be a simple bagger at a grocery store.

They sent my drug test email and it ended up in my junk folder. Not sure how it happened but it cost me my job and the two different people i spoke to were rude and couldnt answer my questions. Thanks guys.
