I have been using VerifiedFirst for a few months and they have been such a great company. They have been very kind and responsive to all of my requests. Savanah is my go-to person for when I have any requests or questions, she is great and overall this whole company is amazing! Thank you all.

Verified First is our go to company for running backgrounds and drug tests. They have locations just about everywhere, and a very responsive staff. Even though, I have the one assigned rep, I have had the opportunity to talk to several members. Each and everyone has been pleasant and helpful (and you can understand them!!). I did have an issue with billing, as they just updated their codes and what not, but the issue was addressed and resolved promptly. And the best thing about it was, I didn't feel like I was haggling for my money! They fixed it right away and called me with updates so I wasn't out of the loop. I can't say they're the best, as I personally have not dealt with many other background services, but Verified First makes the experience simple and stress free!

We use Verified First's services for our company and they are quick, easy, and reliable. John Conrad is the rep I have spoken to on multiple occasions when I have questions and need to call for assistance. He is always extremely helpful, and when I called him a for a second time a week later, he remembered that my daughter had been sick and asked how she was doing - showing superb customer service!
