My husband and I have used Kerry at VerBout for our taxes the last two years and she was incredible to work with. I just had an appointment for my own small business, had to bring my two small kids, and she was the best. She was patient with my kids and showed grace and understanding to me when I really didn't know much about the tax/business side of my creative small business. Highly recommend working with her.

I called with a question. Received a call back and the gentleman was rude and hung up on me before I could ask questions about bringing my taxes in. I would never take my taxes to Verbout to be prepared with such poor customer service.
