Here is my first time experience with the Lakeville Valley Staffing office.First, I sent an online request on June 30 for a staffing person to contact me. I called on July 1st because I did not hear from anyone. I spoke to Bridget who set up my appointment on Tuesday, July 5th. I came into the office 20 minutes early for my appointment and met with Steve. Apparently, Bridget had been transferred to another office. I mentioned my contact with her and what position I was interested in as there were no notes referencing my previous contact. I took a spelling, math and typing test. I provided a resume and filled out an application. I was told the position for which I was applying for was open and I was a great candidate. I was also told a background check would be done. I replied I have recently gone through these before as a teacher and reading tutor.I called on July 6, 7, 8 and 11th to follow up with this office. I was told a variety of things; we're busy doing payroll, the company has received my information and they are reviewing it and call back in a few days. To date I have heard nothing about the position I have applied for.It seems apparent to me Valley Staffing is not interested in placing well-qualified people in their positions.
