Worst service EVER! Made two separate trips there only to find out the paperwork was incomplete and they did NOT catch the fact you can not classify a specialty plate over 14,000 lbs. Receptionist was cocky and rude, then firmly explained it was NOT her fault. I now have to pay to have another Notary to do her work AGAIN!
