Feedback:

The staff is very slow. People coming in do not know which line to go, whether they should take a number or just wait on the line. Second time came here with a 6 month in between the visits. Nothing has changed. The worst bmv.

Many people waiting, but the staff are soooo friendly and helpful. I was confused about a process, but they explained it again and again so patiently. I really appreciate their patience, efficiency and professionalism.

Customer service was very crazy. They talk to the customer with no respect. I feel like if you don't like your job find something you like doing.

I walked into the office and looked at the sign that said "now serving customer '1'". A woman behind the counter was staring at me, not saying anything. This was apparently my indication that she would be helping me, because as I walked to go grab a number and take my seat she then decided to ask if I needed help. I said I needed new plates for my car. Without a word, she takes my car title and walks over to a stack of license plates. She stops, yawns dramatically, and is then approached by her coworker who feels the need to show her pictures on her phone for about a minute. I thought it was some sort of government employee prank on me.The rest of the time was spent with her mumbling things at me while she worked, never looking up to make eye contact. At one point she asked for my ID and held out her hand without looking up and I had to place it directly into her hand for her. I was in and out rather quickly, but I'd prefer to wait twenty minutes to be treated like a human than to go to this location and be treated like I'm a burden for making them do work.

Worst BMV ever. We had been waiting for 2 hours to renew our driver licences. Manager MARSHA didn't accept my wife's I-797 APPROVAL NOTICE for EAD. Normally this notice is used as a require document by the other BMV office before. TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Don't waste your time there!!!

Going to this location is always a dread! The line is always super long, and the employees are rude, slow, and unprofessional. It just so happens that it's been the closest location to my house for the past 5 years, so i end up going anyway. The last time I went, i waited an hour and a half just to renew my license. Then at the end, while getting my picture taken (they were closed), while i was talking to the picture lady another employee kept running the vacuum because she was ready to go, so I could not hear what the lady was saying. Terrible experience every time.

Took my son to get a state ID and it took an hour and a half to get it. One of the clerks was with the same customer the entire time we were there.

Feedback:

One of the worst places to be forced to conduct business at. Having visited multiple times, the staff consistently gives advice to deflect work off themselves and attempts to confuse their customers. Be warned: if you call on a Friday afternoon the answer you receive will be far from the truth after you've sat in like for 20 minutes on a Monday morning at 8am.
