Charged me on my cashapp card after it was declined and had payed that day in cash. I was charged a week after the transaction had been completed in cash and called with no help. They said that they didnt charge me and offered no assistance. I was told that the supervisor would send me an email and never did. This place does not treat their customers with respect or diligence from my experience.

Went there for a drug screen mouth swab. But had another one the same day for dcs. Took them ab an hr apart. I took one for universal first. But took one for dcs second. So explain how i failed the one for universal for cocaine and havnt even touched cocaine. But passed the one at dcs. Both use the same labs they sent it to. Both were mouth swabs. Something isnt right with that! I paid for this test on my own behalf just to make sure. Im not a rocket scientist but seems to me as if mine was tampered with. When i called them and said something wasnt right they said there was no way. So i asked how i passed the same test from the same lab an hr later. Either they did a bad mouth swab or something was tampered with! They said maybe someone put it in my food.lol if that was the case i would have failed both tests. So i dont trust this place and neither should anyone else. Ive never wrote a review in google in my life till now. This place needs to ge shut down. Bc something isnt right!

Got my fingerprints done there once for a job. Took for ever and there was no one there in the lobby or coming in and out either. Don't know why it took so long, plenty of women moving around behind the doors. 5 minute procedure took over an hour.

Had an appointment, office was closed for some reason, didn't bother to contact me or agency appointment was set through to let me know they wouldn't be there for my appointment. Pretty unprofessional...
