I have shopped a number of these catalogs for years----most were, I think, independent. I had great service and enjoyed interesting merchandise.This last Christmas I had the worst Customer Service experience ever with Bas Bleu. A pity as I have bought from them for years.With the other catalogs I was routed to non English speakers, a particular gripe with me as we need employment for our own citizens and I get tired of repeating my request/address/etc. over and over--and over.I am also asked to pay Department Store prices even though there is little overhead for these catalogs--I need not enumerate the ways they save haveing no "brick and mortars".It is said we really vote with our wallets and my wallet will never again open for anything under the Universal Screen Arts umbrella.
