unsatisfactory, minimum wage pay, they used me like a bank for holiday work, I never got holiday pay for Christmas. This is a scam company to RNs. USSI does not give the travel nurse hotel and flight money. The biggest nursing travel company fraud I have seen in all my 5 years of travel nursing to an ICU RN. A horrible experience, I told Sharon I had to renew my Drivers lic on my day off. I never cancelled my contract , David Deane is insecure. He wont make a big space time card so his clerk for payroll can't read it, so he wont pay you. No stipend given. Do bother with this company, you will be used like a bank. Then when you call for your pay, Stephanie Serrato the receptionist says David Deane is not in, and she really has no say over the matter, so you have to eat all costs of the job. This is how David Deans does 20 M in sales. Bait and switch contract, poor overtime rate, as well.

This company is very unprofessional. A little over a year ago they offered me a position that I was considering moving across the country for. The offer was sent my way in the morning... literally 5 hours later they follow up retracting the offer saying they found someone local. I never in my life have heard of retracting an offer with in 5 hours for no constructive reasoning. It for sure was the best thing that could happen because I could not imagine working for a company that has no integrity. I copied their CEO in the email that was sent from David so he can see the unprofessional behavior of his team. He had no care to even email me back, which I expected.

They have no integrity. They refused to pay me for 4 weeks forcing me to file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner. The entire time I wasn't being paid I continued to honor my contract and did not miss a single shift. As soon as my contract ended they started freezing me out. It's been over 2 weeks and not even a phone interview and not they are not even taking my calls. Not exactly what I would classify as being honest and having integrity.

I have been a traveling contract RN for over 10 years and have worked for several (large scale) company's. Beyond a doubt USSI and my recruiter Dustin Simms have been phenomenal in their care and commitment to me as an employee. I would highly recommend this company to help you find a great job and stay extra happy in your career.
