I've been reading all these negative posts about United Staffing Associates but in their defense they are the ONLY agency who actually cares about their employees. Every 1st Friday of the month they have employee appreciation day where they meals to the employees when they come pick up their checks. for Thanksgiving they're giving away 20 turkeys to the employees who deserve it. Not only that but they have incentives like gift cards etc. I understand that no agency is perfect and USA might have some flaws but in overall they are the best staffing agency around.

Do not go to this staffing agency if you want work. Specially, do not deal with Olga. She strung me along for two weeks saying, “don’t go anywhere else” and that the job I applied for was a “sure thing.” So I wait. And I wait. Did she contact me during that time? No. I had to continuously call her. Most of the time she wasn’t in. I finally got ahold of her, only to hear “oh, they aren’t hiring.” When I inquired if there was more work, she said they didn’t have anything at the moment. It makes me wonder... how can someone be so busy that they can’t take a call if there is no work?? I have been through other agencies and there was always SOMETHING available- even if it was working taking payment for parking or general labor. This seems extremely shady, considering the high praises she gave my interview and resume. If you want to work, I implore you to look elsewhere.

I applied on Tuesday got a call on Wednesday for an interview on Thursday started working within an hour. I know it's not going to be like this all the time but they were very helpful.

It's more of 50/50 I actually got called to go to work but it wasn't the work I was asking for Or put on my job experience I told them it wasn't working out I was told that they'll keep finding another one. that was 2 months ago no call back I called but nothing ever comes up
