The woman I've spoken with twice doesn't know the account configurations and what I actually owe. She's extremely rude and asks inappropriate personal questions that go way beyond normal collecting of collection information. Will look into how to report this. Also, they refuse to take a $50 a month payment arrangement. What!?! What bill collector refuses payments? I'm protected from garnishment and offering to pay through automatic withdrawals on my own, but they don't want it. Unreal! Never heard of collections not collecting! How are they even in business? They must not serve their paying clients well if they refuse payments like this! The woman was boasting how they can still sue me a decade from now if my situation improves. I bet the original creditor loves that- waiting a decade to be paid, versus taking my $50 a month right now. What an insanely inappropriate business practice, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I'd rather keep my $50, so thank you, United Credit Services!
