Please do notUse this title company. They are awful I used them last May in the closing of my house. They made over a $2,000 mistake during the transaction. Furthermore, we made an agreement I would pay them $300 a month and continue paying each timeThey cashed my checks. It took them over 5 months to cash my first check. It has now taken them over a year to cash 3 checks. And they are keeping the money. I was informed they never have given the seller his money that I have been paying them. Please. Please. Do not use this company. I have been dealing with a Mary Lee from the company.
