Make great precision components. Top notch programming and engineering. An owner that has a great core philosophy, but the philosophy does not trickle down properly like it should. The majority of the work has been fine tuned and is in automated production, which leaves very little for advancement. Because of the automation the people hired are very replaceable and treated like such. If you have a degree and have experience I recommend working here. This is a good place to go to pasture. If you're new to the game go work elsewhere.
