I normally dont like to write negative reviews but I felt the need to advise others of my experience. I went in for an in person consultation where Tung said that I would need to book him for 2 hours, for a total of $300, so that he can go over my taxes in detail and explain what services he would be able to offer me. After spending 2 hours with him and paying him $300 he said that he would send me pricing for his services. I have waited 3 weeks for him to provide me with that information, and yet I have not heard from him. And yes, I have called him 4 times and sent him an email as well. I believe that he is very knowledgeable, but I dont think he has the capacity for additional clients. I wish he had just been more straightforward with me.

We have used Tung for doing our tax returns for a few years now and have been very satisfied with the services we received. Tung is very thorough, knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. He is very methodical and great at asking questions so he can maximize deductions for his clients. Rather than just filing taxes, Tung also adds value by proactively provideing tax planning advice based on individual situations. In our case, he even voluntarily reviewed our past years tax returns that was done by a different provider and found us nearly $20k refund in overpaid taxes. We were extremely grateful for his expertise. We would highly recommend Tung’s service to anyone who is looking for a tax preparer.

I was referred to Mr. Tung by my sister. Mr. Tung was very personable, knowledgeable and informative. He took his time to answer all of my questions. I forgot a few things when I arrived at his office but he was very patience. He just asked me to email the missing documents. After he prepared my tax, he explained everything so I can understand. I had a great time talking to Mr. Tung. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and relatives.

My taxes got complicated so I figure I'd go to a professional to help me file. I searched for high reviews and ratings CPA and mostly saw a handful of low reviews with high ratings or high review with low ratings. Mr. Tu has both so I figured I go to him. Mr. Tu is friendly, personal, and professional. He asked for some details, we chatted as he organized my tax forms, explained to me line by line what each number represent, the calculations, asked me if I had any questions before e-filing. After we finished the taxes, he spent some time explaining how I can reduce my tax liability. Will sure return to him for future tax needs. Thank you.

I went in there a “hot mess” with a not so simple tax situation. Not only did I get the best tax breaks, he broke down each aspect of my taxes along with tips on how to prepare myself this tax season. If you are looking for a friendly, accountant professional that knows what he’s doing , Mr. Tu is the guy. I’m every greatful for all that he has done and would recommend him hands down!!
